Tour six beautiful, festively decorated homes, while listening to our talented show choir students perform their favorite holiday songs.
The mcdonald home 10919 holliday farms blvd
Our home was built in 2020 by G&G Custom Homes. We loved the idea of living on a golf course and, at the time, Joe Garcia was just starting to design a home for the 2020 Indy Home-a-Rama. We enjoyed working with Joe and Hilari Goris Designs to create this modern farmhouse.
Both sons were in high school when we moved in, so we knew empty nesting was in our near future. We wanted a first-floor walkout, an easy living main floor and space for entertaining and hosting large family gatherings. Spaces we especially love, are the back screened in porch and the upper deck that offers a great view of hole two.
The holidays are a favorite time of year for us and we appreciate the traditions they bring. The antique nativity scene in the family room is Carolyn’s parents from the early 1970s. The main tree displays vintage family ornaments, as well as, many hand-picked during our travels. The tree in the basement holds the boys’ handmade ornaments, along with childhood ones that will eventually move to their homes. We hope you enjoy the tour and wish you the best this holiday season.
The hitchcock home 1124 Indian Pipe Lane
Welcome to our home! The Holiday Home Tour is our favorite way to start the season, and over the last few years we’ve had the joy of watching our oldest participate in them through show choir. We moved our family of five to Zionsville in 2014 and have fallen in love with the unique charm of our 1970’s contemporary home and wooded lot. We’ve updated almost every room at this point, choosing to do much of the work as a family. We have left some of the original 70’s elements intact to try and preserve the character and style (our favorite being the still working original sauna in the office). We have made many wonderful memories here, but we especially love Christmas time and the joy it brings. One of our favorite annual traditions is choosing a live tree to decorate with family ornaments and memories. The tree with olive branches in it symbolizes the truth, peace and hope that Christmas brings. The train under one of the trees makes an appearance every year and is a family heirloom. We are so happy to welcome you into our home and hope that you enjoy listening to all the talent that these amazing kids possess.
The Beardsley hOME 920 South 900 East
Welcome to our home! We moved here in 2016 after searching for a place where we could expand our garden, have animals, and our three boys had plenty of room to run and play. When we first visited, we knew we had found our home. The previous owners made several updates in keeping with the home's French country design, and we have enjoyed adding our own touches including outdoor improvements, finishing the basement, and an addition over the garage. We have particularly enjoyed incorporating several antique furniture pieces from grandparents and great-grandparents which Theresa refinished using chalk paint.
Our family loves decorating for Christmas and many of our decorations hold special meaning for us. The live tree in the great room displays ornaments from our childhoods and ornaments our boys get each year from Santa. The nature tree in the dining room is from Andy's parents and the villages displayed around our home were given by both sets of parents. These were favorites of Theresa as a little girl. The antique reindeer on the dining room table belonged to Andy’s great-grandparents and were a favorite of his as a little boy.
We enjoy making new memories while being surrounded by memories of past Christmases. Thank you for visiting our home!

Merry Christmas from the Graves Family! We are grateful to be raising 3 children in Zionsville and while they aren’t involved in show choirs, we are happy to support the community by opening up our home. Jen has lived most of her life in Zionsville and graduated from ZCHS in 1994—the same year our house was built.
Eleven years ago, our offer on this house was accepted. Since then, we’ve been steadily working to make it into a home that works well for our family and extends hospitality to others. We have also spent a lot of time making the outdoor areas usable as additional gathering spaces. We love hosting our family, friends and children's friends as much as we can.
Christmas is our favorite holiday and time of year! We like decorating the house together and then enjoying the festive atmosphere it provides as we prepare our hearts to celebrate the true reason for the season.
Welcome to our home!
the meenan home 10276 oak ridge drive
After falling in love with the Oak Ridge neighborhood we were pleased to purchase this 1994 Gregg Montgomery home from the original owners in 2020. Since then we have been on the wonderful journey of making it our own while intentionally honoring the rich characteristics that we love including the gracious flow of the rooms on the main level, the inviting kitchen featuring a distinctive walnut topped island, and the large bedrooms upstairs that give our teens living space to enjoy.
We have completed three projects to transform the space for our family and lifestyle. In 2020 we built the pool and outdoor living area. In 2021, with the delight of a baby on the way, we converted the third bedroom upstairs to a nursery, built a home office in the basement, and remodeled the teens’ bathroom. Most recently on the main level we have revived the all-season porch and made upgrades in the kitchen, powder, and laundry rooms. I have aimed to bring a nod to my southern, coastal upbringing to this mid-western home.
A favorite tradition called “Santa Needs to Know” was started by my mother. Throughout December we jot notes to Santa of the kind things others do for us or the way they enrich our lives. Santa then shares these on Christmas. Our hope always is that every person experiences warmth, love, and peace in our home. Happy Holidays!
Liv on oak 455 w oak street
Welcome to Liv on Oak, steps away from Main Street, in the heart of Zionsville. Purchased in the fall of 2021, the house was renovated to the studs over the next 9 months. We kept touches of the 1935 charm while adding an updated, modern floor plan. The open-concept main floor is perfect for entertaining. Upstairs, we expanded the two bedrooms by vaulting the ceiling and extending out the attic space, as well as adding an additional bathroom. While selecting finishes and decor, we sought to create a welcoming coziness. We worked to find unique pieces that blend together for a modern traditional feel.
Outside, the original open-concept front porch was uncovered offering the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The Brick Street-inspired back patio offers a more private area to enjoy.
You might be wondering how we came up with the name ‘Liv On Oak’. A friend suggested it! Liv (pronounced Live) is an old Norwegian word meaning shelter and warmth, inspiring a welcoming charm. We think the name fits this home perfectly!
The home is a short-term rental property, and we love hosting guests from near and far, giving them the experience of living in the Village!
